See how airslide hose makes powder flow.

A longitudinal V-shaped tank floor slopes down from both ends towards the centre. Air passes through the woven hose face to aerate the powder; gravity assists its movement down the slopes, outside the hoses.

Raised ends → low centre ← raised ends Central pickup Floor-mounted hose Aeration + height difference / gravity-assisted flow

The tank's external side profile has raised ends and a low centre. Hoses follow both floor slopes and are secured by clamp bars and bolts. Aerated powder gathers at the central low point.
