Interactive principle plate · Application 1 See the fabric on a cement silo floor The silo floor is covered by arc-shaped Airslide Fabric pieces — one over each aeration pad — and 8 aeration zones take turns feeding air beneath them, so the material surface dips into a funnel that travels around the ring. Drag the plate to orbit, and read the layer stack in detail A (bed → fabric → aeration cavity → base slab).

Airslide Fabric (working surface · flagship product) Low-pressure air / air film Material (after fluidisation) Live aeration zone (beneath the fabric)A A · Aeration pad, enlarged One arc-shaped piece of Shengquan fabric per pad top
Aeration cavity Low-pressure air from one inlet Material flows to the centre Airslide Fabric Woven in layers · 4–8 mm thick Without fabric: air bursts out at the inlet alone, so only the spot above the inlet gets stirred. With fabric: air seeps evenly across the surface, so the whole bed fluidises and discharge stays even. Zoned aeration sequence(8 zones) each zone in turn · demo speed

The fabric covers the whole floor —
only the air beneath it takes turns.
Next step: pick the fabric for your duty, or send drawings for a quote.
01 Air feeds the zones in turn A blower pushes air through a rotary distributor into the aeration pads under the floor. 8 zones here is a demo figure; the pads are installed tilted 10° towards the centre.
02 The fabric spreads it evenly Air leaves across the fabric's whole working surface and forms a film under the bed. Without the fabric it would burst out only at the inlet.
03 The bed dips and rotates Fluidised material forms a funnel flow and drains radially into the central chamber. Move the live zone and the dip follows — that is the rotation.
Original explanatory plate, drawn from public engineering references for continuous homogenising silos. Silo diameter, zone count, pad tilt and displayed wall height are demo settings, not a verified Shengquan drawing or process specification. Fabric thickness is really 4–8 mm; it is drawn enlarged so the layer stack reads.
