Flexible aeration hose for powder discharge equipment
Airslide hose, also called cement tanker aeration hose or Silobas hose, is a circular woven hose with controlled air permeability. It helps dry bulk powder fluidize and discharge more smoothly in tankers, trailers and silo systems.
Air permeable sideThe uncoated textile side allows air to pass through and fluidize dry bulk powder.
PU-coated sideYellow polyurethane coating improves abrasion resistance and helps direct airflow.
Flexible roll supplyLightweight hose construction makes it easy to coil, cut and install in tankers or silo systems.
Construction
PU coating outside, controlled permeability inside
The product is built around a practical contrast: the coated side improves abrasion resistance, while the textile side keeps air distribution available for fluidizing dry bulk powder.
Custom length
Standard 30 m, 50 m and 100 m rolls are available; maximum length can reach 500 m.
Replacement projects
